The staff were friendly and accommodating. the room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and was spacious. - the location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

I appreciated having breakfast at the café. The location was brilliant fortunate to be here for the Saturday Summer markets which were lovely. What's more, it was just off three lower / cheaper restaurants.

Their staff were exceptionally busy.

The building is modern and the rooms are nice modern and fashionable with the bedroom, eneough space, minimal interior with nice. The hotel's location is stunning and the staff are amiable and helpful.

The upscale apartment I stayed in was really fancy. 🛁 I loved the large bathroom with a bathtub – it was so relaxing to soak in there.

The stay was very good, I did not want to leave, and would return anytime. the views of the mountains were magnificent. - the room was spacious and impressive, equipped with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a personal safe. - the food was fantastic, with a huge variety of options.

We booked a cozy and peaceful room with heating.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the ski-in, ski-out location right by the cable car. the fully equipped kitchen was a great feature, and the luxurious and minimalist design of the apartment was impressive. the onsen style steam room bath was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. the underground locker for storing skis and boots was very convenient. the nearby restaurants and supermarket were also great.

I loved staying at this resort in Laax. The luxury apartment was well designed and had lovely rooms. The large bath and combined steam room were superb. The resort is also conveniently located, right by the cable car and gondola, making it easy to access the slopes. The friendly staff and informative app made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall price/quality ratio was positive, especially during the low season. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed being next to the slopes, it was convenient to have the lift so close by. the down restaurant was open until midnight, which was perfect for us party people. Close to everything, we could easily walk around and find places to eat. the apartment was spacious and the bathroom was amazing, we loved the steam room. Plus, the beds were comfy.

The washing machines were not sufficient for all the guests, we had to wait a while to do our laundry.
